Question
"How are your services free? "
, .Answer"Our apartment locating service is FREE to you because the apartment communities pay us out of their advertising budget to bring them tenants. Apartments like working with locator's because we bring them qualified prospects that are seeking their price, location, and amenities."

Question
"When should I start looking for a new apartment?"
, .Answer"Most tenants give notices from 30 to 60 days prior to moving out. As a result apartment communities will only give accurate rental prices 30 to 60 days in the future. Also apartment communities have weekly move-in specials including “look and lease” (sign your lease on same day) specials. So we recommend you start looking when you have the money to take advantage of those “move-in specials.” And we recommend you start looking four to six weeks before you have to move. "

Question
"Can you help me move in today?"
, .Answer"Yes! Many apartments have current availability. We recommend you start early in the day because you will still have to submit your application for approval. Apartments need time to verify your income, credit, criminal background, and rental history. It can be done in the same day if you have good records. We know the apartments that can get you in today."

Question
"Can I lease an apartment if I am not in Austin?"
, .Answer"Yes. We will research the market for you, and then email you pictures, floor plans, and deposit requirements. You can fax the applications directly to the apartment for approval. "

Question
"I’m a first time renter, can I be approved? "
, .Answer"Yes, but most apartment communities prefer some prior rental history to qualify. These apartments will usually allow a co-signor to help you get started. We will evaluate your circumstances and place you with apartments that will accept you."
-
Question
"I have a large dog, will apartments accept him? "
, .Answer"Not all apartments accept large dogs. Most will have a weight limit around 25 to 30 lbs. If you have a large dog we can still help. We have a list of apartments that have no weight limit. Keep in mind pet deposits are required. Also not all breeds are allowed. Let us know what your dog’s breed and weight is and we will find the apartments that will allow it."

Question
"I have good rental history, and good income, but I have poor credit, can you find an apartment that will accept me?
", .Answer"We know of apartments that will take tenants with bad credit if they are willing to pay an extra deposit. Some will accept a co-signor to make up for bad credit. Keep in mind an applicant who has a broken lease, or an eviction is much harder to lease because there are few apartments that will overlook a broken lease or eviction. However, we do know of several apartments that will approve with an extra deposit. Don’t expect to get move-in specials if you have bad credit, instead expect higher deposits."
